The Park an office park located in Prague 4 that includes retail and office buildings, public space and green areas. The office buildings are fully modular with open office spaces. The basements are used for parking so the site can be car free, giving the landscaped spaces to the people. the tenants in The Park are international companies such as; IBM, DHL, Sony, and others.
The park was completed in 2011.
