- Technical Skills:

- Accuracy and precision: Attention to detail and quality of deliverables.
- Willingness to learn: Enthusiasm for technical solutions and willingness to learn new skills.
- Team spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers and other team members.
- Interest in modern technology: Enthusiasm for innovation and new approaches in construction.
- Language skills: English language at a level equivalent to at least B1 classification (no certificate required). The majority of our clients are foreign investors, so you need to be able to understand them or their correspondence.
