We are an architectural studio with over 20 years of experience and a strong portfolio. In recent years, we’ve undergone a period of change and internal transformation – our team has become smaller, but also stronger. Today, we work as a compact and well-coordinated team, where everyone plays a meaningful role and can truly influence both the shape of our projects and how the studio operates.

We focus on high-quality architecture with lasting value – from residential and office buildings to public projects.

What you’ll do

• Design architecture and work across all phases of projects – from concept to construction documentation.
• Work in a Revit (BIM) environment and collaborate with team members and consultants.
• Bring in ideas, think in context, and help turn visions into reality.
• Be an active part of a small team with space for ownership and personal growth.

Who we’re looking for

• You have a degree in architecture (or you’re in your final year of studies).
• You work confidently in Revit and have at least 2 years of experience with it (through school, internships, or real projects).
• You are proficient in both Czech and English at a minimum B2 level –
  This position is primarily intended for applicants who are either native Czech speakers or are able to communicate in Czech at least at B2 level (both spoken and written), especially for documentation, working with authorities, and client communication. English at the same level is an advantage for working in an international context and with consultants.
• You have a proactive mindset – you think independently, look for solutions, and enjoy collaboration.
• You can work autonomously, but also thrive as part of a team.

Our work includes prestigious commissions in Prague and beyond. We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented junior engineer who wants to be part of our next chapter.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a skilled engineer who is interested in construction projects, technology and technical solutions. Your role will be to participate in the design, coordination and implementation of projects in close collaboration with architects and other professionals.

What to expect

• Work on major projects: Participate in the design and preparation of technical solutions for prestigious buildings.
• Technical solutions: Creating project documentation (drawings, technical specifications, details).
• Mentoring: Opportunity to learn from experienced engineers and architects to help you grow.
• Diversity of Tasks: You’ll tackle everything from basic detailing to coordinating complex systems.
• Modern technology: Working with the latest software and approaches, including BIM.

What we expect

• Education: Graduate or final year civil engineering student (focus on civil engineering or related fields).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD software in particular and other design documentation tools as appropriate.
  • Ability to navigate within structural engineering or HVAC systems (an asset, not a requirement).
• Accuracy and precision: Attention to detail and quality of deliverables.
• Willingness to learn: Enthusiasm for technical solutions and willingness to learn new skills.
• Team spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers and other team members.
• Interest in modern technology: Enthusiasm for innovation and new approaches in construction.
• Language skills: English language at a level equivalent to at least B1 classification (no certificate required). The majority of our clients are foreign investors, so you need to be able to understand them or their correspondence.
