DESCRIPTION

This a residential development outside Prague. The development consists of 16 villas that are orientated to a 13 century farm house. The villas are in 3 sizes and are low energy building. The siting and locations of the room are played out to maximise the solo orientation. The villas are made of steel construction to save time in fabrication.
