DESCRIPTION

The project is in the city center so the volume is broken up in a manner to better for contextually into the fabric of Prague. There is a shopping center that connects the metro to the tram station on street level. There is also an urban plaza with integrated art work.The office volume floats above the retail center and the residential block is located on the plaza.
