DESCRIPTION

Sofia Airport Center is an office park, hotel and logistic center located next to the Sofia Airport. The office buildings are orientated on a landscaped park with a pond. The office buildings are fully modular with open office spaces. The basements are used for parking so the site can be car free, giving the landscaped spaces to the people. The logistic center is located behind the office park. The logistic center also has office space directly connected to the warehouse space.
The project included master plan design as well as building design.
