DESCRIPTION

The masterplan addresses the former industrial lands of the Walter Aviation company. On this site the Walter company produced airplane engines since world war two. Before world war two Walter also produced cars and motorcycles here. The object of the masterplan is to change the industrial function to mixed use and connect the factor lands to the city. The project includes office buildings, residential, public spaces, connection to the Jinosice metro station, and retail. Key architecturally significant building are to be kept and reused.
