This is a regental development with a retail base. It is located on Barbur Boulevard in Portland, Oregon, which is an important thorough-fair in the city. Barbur Boulevard is a diagonal street in a gridded city. We orientated the buildings to the city grid, this allowed penetrations into the site which help establish the open public spaces.
